      BB: $5.72 (114.4 bb)
      UTG: $2.21 (44.2 bb)
      Hero (MP): $10.77 (215.4 bb)
      CO: $2.22 (44.4 bb)
      BTN: $6.99 (139.8 bb)
      SB: $7.68 (153.6 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K K
UTG raises to $0.10, Hero raises to $0.40, 4 folds, UTG calls $0.30

      Flop: ($0.87) J 9 T (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.80, UTG calls $0.80

      Turn: ($2.47) 4 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $1.70, UTG calls $1.01 and is all-in

      River: ($4.49) 7 (2 players, 1 is all-in)

      Results:
      $4.49 pot ($0.22 rake)
      Final Board: J 9 T 4 7
UTG showed 7 A and lost (-$2.21 net)
      Hero mucked K K and won $4.27 ($2.06 net)

Villain is 78/67 over 9 hands, considered unknown

PF: I 3-bet 4x for value. Can't really say I put Villain on a strong range because he raised on UTG. He looks more recreational. But 4x because I always feel weak players will call 3x or 4x so rather raise bigger for value.

Flop: Co-ordinated flop and I bet close to pot-size for protection

Turn: Shove turn on blank for value against his whole range

Question: Let's say if a danger card comes, should I still shove against his range or check behind and reevaluate on River? Whilst, I lose initiative and have no idea where I am. Danger card as in any 7,8,9,T,J,Q,K for him to make 2p and straights. Can sort of discount Q & K since I have 2 blockers.

I THINK shoving Turn is still good as he will still call w TP, GS+Pair and OESD which is a huge part of his range.

      Hi,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: Considering his stack you've played it well.

If a danger card comes down we can still play for the $1 that he has back. It would be trickier if he had a full stack and in that case we could bet/fold or ck behind and play the river.

It would be worth playing around with this in Equilab and seeing your equity on various turn cards.
