Yes, I think you shold 4bet slightly bigger since the 3bet is small and you are 140bb deep with the 3bettor. Don't expect too many folds, or in other words, don't be surprised to get called sometimes here. The flop is not bad for your range, or shouldn't so I would still cbet. I also expect his calling range to have more 22-TT, 76s type hands than when you'd have 100bb stacks so the ratio of JJ, QQ, QJ, KQ and weaker hands is more favourable to you.

Should we think more in a vacuum? Not like: we have these hands in our range so... But more about the hand we have now? Because we are vs fishy guy who doesn't think in ranges.

22-TT in his range could be a good argument for a bet yes! But mostly people just call PP's pre and don't 3bet so then we're only aiming to making him fold some connected hands. A lot of connected hands connect with this flop so I actually still prefer check/fold. No need to take risks vs loose fish right ;)

By the way, Are we going 4bet/broke here this deep? I actually planned to 4bet/fold. I'd also call preflop with TT, JJ here and go 4bet/Broke with QQ+

They still 3bet some lower suited connectors.

Ofc his range still contains stuff like JT, T9 or higher that doesn't fold but there are lower hands as well. Also, you have some outs, block some of his showdown value hands that call. I think AK is the best bluff you could have here in general. Yes, T9 has more equity or KT, but do you ever cold 4bet those here?

As for stacking off pre, it's not a must but decide before you 4bet. If you 4bet for value you need him to call a lot worse (but with position he'll play decently usually) or 5bet/fold some (bluff5bet) or stack off preflop with less than AK (JJ doesn't count for example, it's better, you get ~38% against JJ+, AK). This means you can 4bet/fold for value IF you get called enough but you also have to compare that to just flatting the small 3bet.
