      Hero (SB): $50.05 (100.1 bb)
      BB: $58.14 (116.3 bb)
      UTG: $83.41 (166.8 bb)
      MP: $55.99 (112 bb)
      CO: $54.92 (109.8 bb)
      BTN: $45.25 (90.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J J
2 folds, CO raises to $1.25, BTN folds, Hero calls $1, BB raises to $2.50, CO calls $1.25, Hero calls $1.25

      Flop: ($7.50) 3 K K (3 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $3, CO folds, Hero calls $3

      Turn: ($13.50) 5 (2 players)
      Hero checks, BB checks

      River: ($13.50) 7 (2 players)
      Hero bets $6.38, BB folds

      $13.50 pot ($0.74 rake)
      Final Board: 3 K K 5 7
      Hero mucked J J and won $12.76 ($7.26 net)
BB mucked and lost (-$5.50 net)

      CO Stats: VPIP: 15, PFR: 10, 3B: 3, AF: 3,8, Hands: 10723
      BB Stats: VPIP: 69, PFR: 23, 3B: 19, AF: 2,8, Hands: 106

Due to BB's absurd 3Bet stat I wasn't really surprised of the squeeze.
Called on Flop due to board texture and PFR folding, and bet size.
River bet for value from worse PPs, A3, or things that coupled with the 5 and 7 like 56s, 78s...

With the flat vs open preflop I think you played it well and your thinking is OK but 3bet vs CO pre is not far from standard unless he opens very tight or folds a lot to 3bets, especially since BB likes to squeeze.
