The villain is playing with stats 24/18/7.4, 63% fold to flop cbet.

On Game No-Limit Hold'em, $0.04 BB (5 handed) - On Game Converter Tool from http://www.flopturnriver.com

      SB ($2.11)
      BB ($4.29)
      Hero (UTG) ($3.70)
      MP ($5.59)
      Button ($4.91)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 9, 9
Hero bets $0.12, MP calls $0.12, Button calls $0.12, 2 folds

      Flop: ($0.42) 5, 6, 9 (3 players)
Hero bets $0.28, MP calls $0.28, 1 fold

      Turn: ($0.98) 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.50, MP raises $1, Hero calls $0.50

      River: ($2.98) 4 (2 players)
      Hero bets $0.70

What is the optimal line on the turn? Is my river bet ever good? I just didn't wanted him to check any hand that had some good showdown value, so I thought that betting small could be good.

      Hi acetbfish,

      Preflop: looks fine

      Flop: looks fine

Turn: Considering that after the minraise by MP we have 2.3 left (about 3/4 of a pot on river) I don't mind reraise the guy back (to 1.5) to give him a chance to make a larger mistake. Calling or shoving light.

And if he calls light the pot is almost 4 with 1.8 behind so not much will fold.

As played I'd just shove the river. All his FDs will call and all overpairs.
