      SB: $3.35 (167.5 bb)
      Hero (BB): $2.10 (105 bb)
      MP: $1 (50 bb)
      CO: $2.02 (101 bb)
      BTN: $5.11 (255.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3 A
MP calls $0.02, 2 folds, SB completes, Hero checks

      Flop: ($0.06) Q A 3 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.04, MP calls $0.04, SB calls $0.04

      Turn: ($0.18) 2 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.12, MP calls $0.12, SB folds

      River: ($0.42) K (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $0.10, Hero calls $0.10

It looks fine to me up to the river (extracting value and protecting the hand). Can we call a smallish bet even on such a board? I think weaker 2P or aces can bet this big here often enough to make it profitable (wee need to win the showdown 17% of the time).

      Hi German,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I'd bet flop/turn larger but I'd fold river even to such a small bet. I doubt he valuebets worse and in best case scenario he bluffs. But sometimes he can even bluff with a better hand (weak club).

True! How about us betting this small to induce a call from worse?

There's not really a ton of worse that can call.

A lot of hands have a club in them or are not strong enough to call our bet, even small one. And we may even induce a bluff raise from one of them.
