      it was SB VS BB,so bluff is possible,and I was ready to 4 BET and all in.
      but if it is monster draw,its easy to go all in,but I just have flush draw here,so I feel this hand is not strong enough to go all in? but call is also bad since OOP.
      what is the best play ?

      I think 3bet and calling the shove is fine here for 100bb in BvB situation.

      He has many worse hands that raise you and a reasonable amount of worse hands that stack off such as QTs, T9s, KQs, 76s. You also aren't much behind Jx, 8x with spades. You are only crushed by sets and those are just too rare here since JJ 3bets pre quite often.
