      3bet for me. I almost never flat SB.. I actually flat as a non-standard play vs BU depending on who is opening and who is in BB. 3bet preflop, get called by a lot worse and play postflop. If 4bet, I would just fold initially but definitely keep in mind that he 4bet at least once in that spot and remember his sizing.
