      Is this villain's very high agg freq on the river enough of an argument for making the call even though the obvious flush hit?

      Flush, Kx like K6, K8, Kx that makes 2 pair still in his range. You block some obvious draws like T8, JT, but he is also not always betting so big if he hits just 2pair.

      I think you can call or fold, it won't be a big difference in EV but keep in mind how calling here and seeing his hand in a close mathematical spot would affect future hands with him imo. For that, this would be a sigh call from me.
