      Hi.

      I think both options are pretty close against a loose fish. He could have qt q9 q8 perhaps. This wouldbe a halfpot valuebet against someone defending all qx hands but im not too sure how wide this guy calls vs ur utg raise preflop.

      I woild probably cc cos he should have many busred draws relarive to the number of kx hands he can have. I dont expext him to valuebet any qx hand on the river.
