      MP bets $2, Hero?

I think i can call the flop.

On the turn, i bet small to make him fold his equity with FD/overcards e.t.c. and sometimes get value from lower PP with FD or nut FD.

On the river? I honestly have no idea what this small bet means and how to play against it.

      Hi Achilles,

On the river it looks like he is either block betting or trying to induce something.

I can see him taking this line with pairs between 4-Q and of course Qx/4x.

Because of that I don't see value in raise the river and I would just call.
