      I normally fold them if BB is a good reg or doesn't like to fold.

      Till now he fighted back in BB 2/2 with a 3bet or call. He also has 0/2 foldtocbet

      You just said you cannot. You don't have to play like everyone else, if someone can be +EV with them here, you don't have to. I fold them as well, maybe I open A9+, A8+ depending on BB but I don't open A4o as a default from SB, let alone against a competent BB.
