Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 7:heart: 7:spade:

UTG raises to 5 BB, fold, fold, BTN calls 5 BB, Hero calls 4.5 BB, fold

      Flop: (16 BB, 3 players) 7:club: 4:diamond: 2:spade:

      UTG 1.6 k hands, always open 5BB. VPiP 14, PFR 11. AF 2.3 flop.
      BtN 3 hands.
Is my slowplay good on flop and turn? On flop I expected UTG to raises us often with overpairs or overcards, and if I raise on flop UTG might fold often.

On turn is it ok again call, I expected UTG to call again. BTN would probably bet river when I would raise, and pot would be already big for push.

Is my call raise turn ok? I expected him to do it with 99, or overcards, or bluff, so I thought he will bet anyway river again so I can push river.

      Hey mlatasrb,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I would look to ck/raise that flop (not big, maybe to 9-10 BB) to start building the pot up.

UTG is either giving up on his hand or slowplaying (like in this case) so keeping him in the pot shouldn't necessarily be our top priority. My target here would be the BTN who seems fishy.

As played I'd raise the turn. BTN bet twice already and the pot is still really small. A few draws our now possible and we want to make sure we don't have too much money left behind where we can't ship any river without overbetting.

Since BTN folded already why not raise the UTG? I doubt he is ever bluffing there and we are looking at slowplays only (sets and overpairs).
