Should I raise flop? I didnt want because he is unknown, and could bet donking 50% to induce raise with set.

Turn, I think I had to raise, because with set he would probably bet larger to protect from draws.

River, is my raise ok? Usually when they donk so small, they want to get chip to showdown.

I would raise flop to 13-14bb here to start getting value from his draws. His stack is kind of awkward, plus his sizing into 3 people on such a wet board just looks more like draws than anything, he can have 55/99 for value and a million different draws that we can value from by raising so yea it's an easy raise.

As played after he bets so small on the turn i would make it like 25-26bb.

      Hey mlatasrb,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I think we are losing value not raising the flop because villain seems fishy (smaller stack).

He can donk plenty of draws/Qx/9x/TT/JJ type hands. Maybe even 5x.

On the turn we can make it large enough so we could shove river (if we wanted to).
