Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Hand afspelen

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      CO (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is CO with 2, A.
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.20, BU calls $0.20, 2 folds, BB folds.

      Flop: ($0.47) K, 5, 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.32, BU calls $0.32.

      Turn: ($1.11) K (2 players)
Hero bets $0.66, BU calls $0.66.

      River: ($2.43) 5 (2 players)
      Hero checks, BU checks.

      Final Pot: $2.43.

      Results follow:

BU shows two pairs, kings and nines(9h 9c).
Hero shows two pairs, kings and fives(2d Ad).

BU wins with two pairs, kings and nines(9h 9c).

      Villain plays 18/14/4.5, 194 hands
I looked at his stats and thought his most likely holding would be a decent ace or a pocket pair smaller then JJ. He folds the aces on the flop, so on the turn I tried to get him off a pocket pair.
Should I check-fold the turn or barrel the river too?

      Preflop raising is fine.

On the flop I like your cbet with nut FD and you could go for $0.4.

Turn doesn't change much and it's rather a bad card. If you think villain plays straight-forward I don't mind betting here, since I expect him to fold his PPs and floats all the time.

As played, giving up on the river is fine.
