I hope it's not too many hands for 1 thread. Sorry if it is, I did my best to make it organized :) I though it might be a good idea to keep them all in one place.

      1) Two pairs.
Poker Stars, $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

      Hero (MP): $5.75 (287.5 bb)
      CO: $3.78 (189 bb)
      BTN: $0.67 (33.5 bb)
      SB: $2 (100 bb)
      BB: $2.33 (116.5 bb)
      UTG: $1.90 (95 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A Q
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.07, CO calls $0.07, 3 folds

      Flop: ($0.17) 6 Q 2 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.12, CO raises to $0.24, Hero calls $0.12

      Turn: ($0.65) A (2 players)
Hero bets $0.44, CO raises to $0.88, Hero calls $0.44

      River: ($2.41) 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $1.36, Hero calls $1.36

The villain is a loose aggressive fish 57|40|50|50|30; vpip|pfr|agg%|cold-call|hands

There's no way I'm folding this, although I had a really bad feeling about this one. Even though a set makes most sense, but considering his stats he could have anything.

      2) TPTK.
Poker Stars, $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

      Hero (BTN): $7.10 (355 bb)
      SB: $1.43 (71.5 bb)
      BB: $0.90 (45 bb)
      UTG: $2.35 (117.5 bb)
      MP: $2.43 (121.5 bb)
      CO: $1.78 (89 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with A K
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.06, CO folds, Hero raises to $0.18, SB calls $0.17, BB folds, MP calls $0.12

      Flop: ($0.56) Q 8 A (3 players)
SB bets $0.32, MP folds, Hero calls $0.32

      Turn: ($1.20) 5 (2 players)
SB bets $0.93, Hero calls $0.93

      River: ($3.06) T (2 players)

      Same villain: 57|40|50|50|30; vpip|pfr|agg%|cold-call|hands.

I was thinking about AQ after his donk, but I still called. Don't think a FD would shove here. AQ makes most sense, because he cold-called a huge raise preflop (he showed A8 though)

      3) TPGK.
Poker Stars, $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

      UTG: $2 (100 bb)
      Hero (MP): $3.40 (170 bb)
      CO: $1.39 (69.5 bb)
      BTN: $2.68 (134 bb)
      SB: $1.30 (65 bb)
      BB: $5.51 (275.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K Q
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.07, CO folds, BTN raises to $0.21, SB calls $0.20, BB folds, Hero calls $0.14

      Flop: ($0.65) K T J (3 players)
SB bets $0.02, Hero raises to $0.50, BTN calls $0.50, SB calls $0.48

      Turn: ($2.15) 2 (3 players)
SB bets $0.02, Hero raises to $1.30, BTN raises to $1.97, SB folds, Hero calls $0.67

      River: ($6.11) 7 (2 players)

      BU is quite tight: 14|10|35|116.

I think I should have folded this considering his stats -- something very fishy was going on on the turn. The question is when to fold: because of the idiot SB I was raising, and when BU 3-betted, I couldn't fold anymore.

      4) Flush.
Poker Stars, $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

      SB: $2.69 (134.5 bb)
      BB: $1.98 (99 bb)
      UTG: $2.05 (102.5 bb)
      Hero (MP): $3.50 (175 bb)
      CO: $2.88 (144 bb)
      BTN: $2 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with T 9
UTG calls $0.02, Hero calls $0.02, 2 folds, SB completes, BB checks

      Flop: ($0.08) 5 6 A (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG bets $0.02, Hero calls $0.02, SB folds, BB calls $0.02

      Turn: ($0.14) 3 (3 players)
BB checks, UTG bets $0.02, Hero raises to $0.14, BB folds, UTG raises to $0.26, Hero raises to $3.46 and is all-in, UTG calls $1.75 and is all-in

      River: ($4.16) J (2 players, 2 are all-in)

      Another fish: 57|17|42|31|84; vpip|pfr|agg%|cold-call|hands

Should I just fold on the turn, or maybe 4-bet/fold? He might have had A5/6/3 in the end, I don't know what to put such villains on here.

      Hello,

I want to ask you to post just one hand in a single thread. Thanks in advance.

      Now to the hands:

      #1

      Preflop is fine.

On the flop looks good and when he minraises I like calling and my plan will be to call him down.

      #2

      Preflop I'd make it $0.2.

On the flop I'd just shove for value here. There's no way I'm folding my TPTK in this spot.

      #3

Just fold against the 3bet. Our hand is quite dominated here.

I think that the board hits quite well BU's range so I'd just call the minbet on the flop.

As played, again I'm just calling the minbet on the turn.

      #4

Looks good. There's no way I'm folding my flush against this guy here.

      Best,
      Plamen

      Hi Plamen,

      Okay, gotcha, sorry.

#3. Why do we just call the flop? :f_o: Can we afford giving away free cards? I assume you are folding to BU's raise when we called 2 cents? Isn't it too weak? I'm not saying that I want to stack there, but to give up on the flop with TPGK seems a bit over the top, no?

      Thanks.

      Hello,

The way I see it is that at the very best BU's range for 3betting here will bet something like JJ+, AQ and it can even not include JJ/AQ.
So against this range we stand pretty bad and I'd prefer to keep the pot small and try to get to showdown as cheap as possible here so I don't really want to raise here.

      Yeah, I see. Thanks.

So we just call and look at the opponents. If they show aggression on the flop/turn, we fold. If they stay passive, we assume that we are ahead and can even value bet, right?

      Exactly.

Overall, I think that if BU just calls he doesn't really have a better hand so we can go ahead and bet for value on the turn.

      Best,
