Prima, $0.20/$0.40 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 4 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

      Hero (BTN): $40.56 (101.4 bb)
      SB: $30.50 (76.3 bb)
      BB: $40.60 (101.5 bb)
      CO: $32.58 (81.4 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with Q:diamond: T:spade:
CO calls $0.40, Hero raises to $1.60, SB calls $1.40, BB folds, CO calls $1.20

      Flop: ($5.20) Q:club: K:spade: 2:spade: (3 players)
SB checks, CO checks, Hero checks

      Turn: ($5.20) 2:heart: (3 players)
SB bets $2.60, CO folds, Hero calls $2.60

      River: ($10.40) 6:club: (2 players)
SB bets $5.20, Hero calls $5.20

      SB 59/11, 11,8 3bet , 51% agg. freq (40flop/57turn/67(15)river) 55hands
      CO 56/27 28% agg.freq. 62 hands

I decided to check the flop for pot control. I can value bet, but i though i can give them the chance to bluff on the turn.

He can have and value bet a lot of Kx, but with my flop check, his aggresion, and all the draws that missed, i think it`s ok to call him down?

Better ways to play the hand?

      Hi achilles,

If we played versus passive guys I would like a flop cbet for value/protection.

Considering SB is really aggro over this small sample I don't mind checking flop and calling him down (as you played it).
