      Well, after calling your raise he has something like 40 bb left, so if we expect him to call this, we might as well expect him to call 40 bb more, I guess.

      He's definitely on a good overpair here, I doubt that nitty guys fold their monsters on 9-high boards that aren't very wet.

      Preflop: looks good

      Postflop: Since he is UTG and a nit so far we should raise the turn and shove river. This guy is not folding any overpair.

      We've lost a lot of value with our line (raising turn after his double barrel is key here).
