      Hey!

      Villain: 17/13/120h 21% CO open 100% foldto3b 27wtsd 2/4w$sd
Blinds: SB reg 21/20/50h 12% 3b, BB unknown

Is this flat OK preflop? Should we 3B because of aggro SB? Otherwise just call?

Postflop I thought my raise would look superstrong because it is 3way and I can def. have sets... I thought a nit would instafold 77-AA here.

      Hi.

Preflop is fine if sb squeezes we can just shove over with AQo.
As played i dont think he necessarily instamucks kk and aa but its possible. You could make it slightly smaller to 9 and i def prefer having a spade blocker to make suh a play.

I think I just fold with the bb left to act.

AsQx is a good bluffhand then? My thought process was the opposite: It's 3w so my raise will look incredibely strong :P

It's just I'm very unlikely to have 22/33/44/56/a5 here and way more likely to have bluffs/fds so I don't try to rep monsters if I don't think they are in my range that often. Basically CO would have to be somewhat on the passive side/bad and blidns would have to have someone bad in them also.

I'm not sure if I'm being a huge nit but pretty sure it's not good to flat any of those hands here vs decent players.

So your range is weighted towards valuehands?

You never bluff (apart from FD)? AsX looks the best hands to bluff with

Yea I agree but I rather bluff on the turn. Also tbh I don't flat very much from the button vs co but instead 3bet a shit ton. I'm no internet so idk if I can profitably flat A5ss here for example but Ik 3betting is def +EV for me. Would be interesting to know what he thinks about this.

Also I think I have a decent amount of like 77-TT type stuff + fds here so I kind of like to call to sort of rep that by calling and then raising good turns for me instead.

Yes I 3B also a lot but AQo is too good and not enough worse hands are calling.

I'm very unlikely to have 22/33/44/

I have all those in my range and I raise flop with it so prob fine to balance with AsXx and X is prob only J and Q since I'd 3B ATs

why would you 3bet ATs and not AQo here?

Because I think that AQo is def. a strong enough hand vs his range.

ATs doesn't dominate that much anymore and vs a tight range it loses more value so this would be the top of my foldingrange (non callingrange) and the top of your foldingrange -> best hands to 3b with

I can 100% assure you that flatting ATss here is way better than flatting 22-55. I also flat worse hands than ATs, such as KJo KQo.

I think few things to consider here, do you have raise first in stats in your hud?

As far as 3bet or not 3bet AQ goes, I don't think enough people utilize this stat. It's called call 3bet %. Obv you can figure it out by looking at fold to 3bet and 4bet % but it's so much nicer when it's right there in front of you. With that being said there are guys that have a call 3bet of like 35-40% and vs them this is a snap 3bet.

      I have a popup with RFI%
I have a popup with 3B info, this contains also Call3B%.

He folded 100% to 3B so far.

good then I think hand is played fine besides raising flop which can't be that bad.
