      Poker Stars $5.00 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players
DeucesCracked Poker Videos Hand History Converter

      SB: $6.36 - VPIP: 55, PFR: 36, 3B: 40, AF: 2,4, Hands: 22
      BB: $3.60 - VPIP: 51, PFR: 12, 3B: 5, AF: 1,0, Hands: 241
      UTG: $4.38 - VPIP: 55, PFR: 28, 3B: 5, AF: 1,6, Hands: 53
      Hero (MP): $8.48 - VPIP: 21, PFR: 16, 3B: 4, AF: 2,0, Hands: 77761
      CO: $5.00 - VPIP: 15, PFR: 11, 3B: 3, AF: 1,6, Hands: 502
      BTN: $5.00 - VPIP: 24, PFR: 22, 3B: 0, AF: 2,0, Hands: 41

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is MP with K :club: K :diamond:
1 fold, Hero raises to $0.20, 2 folds, SB raises to $0.50, BB calls $0.45, Hero raises to $2, SB calls $1.50, BB calls $1.50

      Flop: ($6.00) 3  7  3 :diamond: (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets $1.60, Hero raises to $6.07, SB calls $4.36 all in

      Turn: ($16.32) 2  (3 players - 1 is all in)

      River: ($16.32) 9 :diamond: (3 players - 1 is all in)

      Final Pot: $16.32
SB shows 7 :spade: 7 :club:
BB mucks 5 :club: 5 :diamond:
Hero mucks K :club: K :diamond:
      SB wins $5.29
      SB wins $10.35
      (Rake: $0.68)

Instead of winning 9.96$, I lost 6.36$. That is 16.32$ difference~8 hours of hard earned poker cash. It feels like I played 8 hours for nothing. But more sadly, even the EV line goes down, because I put in the last chip when I was behind. So even the EV shows, that: ,,you are a bad player, your EV is going down". That is my big problem btw, that if the EV line could somehow take into consideration that I played so f_ckin +ev way, it wouldnt bother me that much, I'd just check it out, and smile. But this hand.... I loose 8 hours of work, and even the EV goes down. This is just so sick. 16.4$, 330bb pot.... out of the drain. I never suck out this badly, because I dont call that big 4b with 77, there is no implied odds!

Having KK doesn't mean you're supposed to win the hand. Don't expect to win every hand and it will be easier to cope with the feeling.

Yeah, I have some sort of entitlement tilt. I think I deserve the pot.. because they played horribly. I somehow feel, that if they play bad, it should cost them money, but NO, he mad a horrible call preflop, and stacked me.

But you can't change the hand now. It's gone, it's over, it's in the past.

What you can do is move on, forget about it and be happy. These things happen in poker, to most players every day and at that multiple times a day :)

      Get back to crushing!

just because your EV goes down, it doesn't have to affect you, as long as you made the right play.

Yeah he played bad and made a horrible call pre, then got lucky and two outered you on the flop....but the guy was running at 55/36/40 over 22 hands??.. so no real surprises in his play really??

Had a similar situation myself tonight. Got dealt AA v the table Whale running an 87% VPIP..I raise, he 3bets me, I shove cause this guy doesn't fold...We get it all in pre for 100bb...He turns over K4o!!!.. seriously, like wtf is he thinking!!

But of course the board comes down 44xxx...trips???....''The lucky Muuthafu**in Donk....''!!! lol

Anyway, how to get over the feeling?? Remember Rule 233 (The Tao of Poker) ''People sometimes forget that if a game is ''90% luck'', skill will still be the deciding factor''. And, ''Given enough time, the skillful player knows how to work around this thing called luck'' So just keep looking for this guy and people like him..your money is only lent and it will come back with interest!

Also, check out this blog (thttp://danuuutz.blogspot.ro/) and see some of the beats the guy writing it got in ONE session..sick...it will cheer you up no end to see it can happen to anyone and put things in perspective for you :D

Look at your poker as one long session and individual hands are just a part of that session. Individual hands will come and go, but solid play will make a more profitable and enjoyable session in the end.

You should only review your past play as a reason so you limit the amount of tmes that you make the same mistakes in the future; not to relive the playing experiences good or bad from past hands

My Christmas present from Titan Poker :D

The feeling sucks I understand. Happens to me lots of time on Zoom when they call your 3-bet w ridiculous odds and stack you on the flop. But you don't know the many times where they call your 3-bet and fold to your c-bet when they don't hit. Just make a note about him, next time you see him, 3-bet him larger w your value hands.

And I guess, you can take a couple of days off and review your game. For myself, I wanna see from 4k hands onwards why my red line took a nosedive to hell. -300bb in about 2k hands HOLY SHIT.

Don't give up and keep working on your game, it will limit your current losses and multiply your earnings when you're back to winning ways. And remember bankroll management!

      Standard hand.

You certainly shouldnt be thinking about how much a hand has cost you. Most certainly not how many "average hours/hands" it will take to recover that.
It could take 2 hands or it could be the start of your next 10k breakeven streak.

EV - unless your strictly putting AI pre then it can be flawed. Like you said your EV goes down cause of how money went in on flop when behind. Same thing for him next time u stack his aces with your set.

Instead of him spiking the flop but instead sucked out on turn/river and u still lost the pot. Would your EV graph shooting up, make up for them "x hands/hours" you have STILL got to put in and make you feel better? No :)
