      Hello,

Have you seen him raising 5bb before? If no, I'd be suspicious and don't really have much against calling here preflop.

      Flop and turn are fine.

On the river I actually prefer folding here.
All the draws got there, and we only beat AT/JJ and I'm not even sure if he bets those.

      Best,
      Plamen

I didnt see him betting 5bb before, so I was totally puzzled, how to play this.
      a) Fold QQ preflop? Wouldnt it be "weak"?
      b) Can it be +ev to call him down in the long run? dunno, dunno, dunno, first time opens 5bb

Definitely won't fold my QQ here preflop. Even if he only raises AA this way we can still call for set value, since we have huge implied odds.

On some other board I'd be more inclined to just call him down, such as 85254 where it's hard for him to have a good hand.
But here there are a lot of hands that beat us and even if he bets those JJ/AT I don't think we will have a profitable call.

      +1

But, even though the board is draw-heavy, can we assume that he opens 5bb with QJ,67(straight)?
I'd only be afraid of A :club: K :club: , but that is only 1 hand.
So as long as there are no overcards on the board, should it even matter? If he 3barrels this board, or the 85452, it's the same situation imo, maybe latter sis better because we beat 99-TT aswell.

Well if you think that he opens 5bb only with his premium hands then we can't call him down on this board as well.

If you think he might open 5bb with his whole range here, as I said in my previous post, I'd call down on 85452 if there's no flush possible.
