      It's an interesting spot we have here.

      Preflop raising is fine. Considering his stack size and his statistics we can make the assumption that he's probably not a very good player.
      I think that when he calls in this spots he could have a wild variety of hands - PPs (TT-22), broadways (AQ-AT, KTs+, KJo+, QJ) and some SC (JTs/T9s/98s) and probably some random hands such as J8s or so. Probably he calls some suited aces as well.

      So considering his small cbet% on the flop I think that we can cbet here for value since I really don't expect him to fold much here - PPs are calling, Ax and FD are calling here.

      As played on the flop, the turn bet is kind of close since according to his stats he tends to fold to turn bets so there's not much worse hands that can continue.
      So, we can think of checking behind, also considering that there aren't too much draws and reevaluating the river.
