      I think c-betting once to then c/f is the best option. I would prefer folding river, since most of the times he is valuebetting and even if he tries some cheap bluff with 55 it is still ahead 22.
      Basically it means if you´re c/c there 22, you should also c/c with A9s and I don´t think you´re calling river bet with A high.
      Also flushdraws would very likely bet turn to take down pot
