      I really really really don't like these situation.

      This time, it all worked out just fine and the play was standard.
      But what should I have done if villain shoved my c-bet?

      Villain is unknown, but doesn't seem to be regular.

      With pair I would likely b/c, since they can always shove there A high bluffs or lower pp-s. You likely are pot committed on the turn, but since worse hands would not call I think c/c should be reasonable line- they would sometimes check down Kx and would likely only shove with 8x
