      Hey man,

Unfortunately this is just poker. Go down to your local casino on Friday night, I promise you will hear the word "that is so sick" over 10 times, now online you play way more hands per hour, but it still happens reguarly live, its not sick, its standard.

Regarding the hands, you played them both pretty well. On the first one its definitely a "sigh" call rather than a "fistpump" call btu with the dead money and the chances they have worse hands for value and maybe draws you can't get away.

On the second its just a cold deck too, I like your raise size pre, but the donkey just got there. Sometimes the donkeys get there, but just keep making it expensive and eventually you will have all of their money!

Hand 1 is a fold on turn

Hand 2 a fish screwed you, reload and take his money

If you want to quit based on this, then please quit asap, Poker is not for the faint hearted.

As soon as the turn hit in the first hand I thought "villian has QJ snap fold"

the 2nd hand is pretty unlucky but thats one thing I notice about fish when they shove such a big stack you really gotta wonder why? and thats normally why because they have you beat. I know this because I have been in that same spot with AA and KK so many times. Reload and go get your money back!

you should be aware that this could, and if you play long enough would apear at any other Pokerroom.

      Hey guys,

Merged the two threads and moved this to the PokerStars board :)

I think pleno1 answered perfectly here so I've got nothing else to add.

      Kind regards,

I am a cash fish but see these hands as standard beats, you wait until the real sick stuff happens.

Infact go play some Hyper 6max and you will close all accounts in a day :)

Seriously as stated above, bad luck happens, play well and you get your money back and then some more. If you are getting so worried about these hands then either you need to work on tilt control or use better BRM (1 stack should not make a huge difference to you).

      Good Luck

Super aggro fish, been calling light and stealing/limping from BTN but been getting lucky - crippled a guy a few hands back calling an All In 3Bet with 87o v QQ

      Known Players:
      BU: 4690 - 47 bb
      SB: 1150 - 12 bb
      BB: 3160 - 32 bb

      50/100 No Limit Hold'em Tournament (3 Handed)
Hand recorder for this hand: SideKick 1.0.51227.1

Preflop: Hero is SB with A:diamond: , 9:heart:
Hero posts small blind (50), BB posts big blind (100), BU calls, Hero raises for 1100 and is all in, BB folds, BU calls

      Flop: (2400 - 24 bb) 7:heart: , 7:club: , 6:spade: (2 Players)

      Turn: (2400 - 24 bb) 5:diamond: (2 Players)

      River: (2400 - 24 bb) 3:spade: (2 Players)

So this hand results in me out in 3rd after the guy calls with 42o...

Sick stuff happens to us all, every day. The fish went on to win, but over the long run he is going broke :)

The hand with the full house, I mean the guy slow playing QQ pre it is is a little bit strange but it is ok, but what I can not understand is the hand with KK what the hell is he calling with 56 suited on the flop he had just middle pair, he is beating nothing... In the other poker room I won money and in pokerstars just lost... I think is a little bit strange...

The first hand was just very unlucky. I don't think many folks are going to lay down a boat on the flop there....At least not too often.

Second hand .. Raise was good pre flop But unfortunately You made a substantial bet with the kk only after he had made 2 pair. That sucks big time And that is why I never slow roll or raise lightly with high pocket pairs. With KK I would rather get it all in pre flop and get one caller with a weak Ace....If I lose I lose if they fold At least I didn't get donked off.

Tough break man! Keep your head up though. Always going to have good days and bad. All in how you bounce back. After a nasty beat I tend to do something else for a while and relax. Come back composed and get those fishes money!

Hope you have better luck in the future.

unfortunetely this is what we call standard variance where by your sample of hands is too small to justify calling this badluck or goodluck, keep playing good poker and results will follow, try and read as many articles as possible and results will follow gogogo xx :D the key to this thing called poker is some serious hardwork and dedication get ahead of the learning curve and pursue your dream with some serious volume thats it reallly.......

How can people scream fraud when the software is certified and checked on a regular basis? Are the people regulating PokerStars trying to scam you too? Come on.

I can understand getting angry and taking a break, but quitting the game because of something like this? Come on, how many times were you explicitly told that this stuff was going to happen when you were reading your first tutorials? It's as if people didn't know what they were signing up for.

Who do you wan't to fool? Pokerstars RNG was partially "audited" only once back in 2003 by a company which was payed by pokerstars to do that. Integrity of games in pokerstars was never fully audited and never will be till they hide their asses in corupted offshore island. And till is not regulated and audited by some non coruptted EU country like UK or Germany, or USA you can stick those meaningless licenses and "audits" deep

[edited by HollyMichelle] No need for vulgarity please.

I don't know how you guys think.. If Pokerstars is rigged, STOP PLAYING.. It's not a hard decision, just withdraw and move to another platform until you decide that one is rigged also and so on.. Stop thinking that the platform is trying to cheat you, taking your money and giving them to some other person that they don't know.. There are a lot of post out here talking about this subject but I guess it will never stop...

All in all, you are free to make your own choices in life, so instead of being on a downswing or playing bad and thinking over and over that the platform is robbing you, I would chose to stop playing. Good luck in the future and I hope you will realize that you're not losing because of the platform, you're losing because of: 1. VARIANCE 2. BAD POKER.. Cheers !

I told you little morons show me papers that pokerstars or your other pimp online "poker" site is fully audited and regulated on regular basis. Poker players dont need nothing more. If you don;t have it go and fuck yourself with your little propaganda.
