      Hi there,

I am playing speed poker and after each session there are number of hands that are missing from hand history. For example, software shows that I played 258 hands, but HEM2 shows 250. This is known bug and there is a way to restore those hands. After each session you have to go to cash table history, open each session and click "Update local information". But all I get is "update failed". This is really annoying...

      Any advice?

Is this an HM2 but, or an iPoker bug?

Are these hands that did not get completed in the file -- in other words, you closed the table before the information got written to the file?

Have you contacted iPoker or HM2 support?
(I'm guessing yes, since you say it is a known issue)

Let us know how this works out

This is iPoker bug, at least HEM support says that.

I found it in HEM2 forums: Here

It wouldn't be a big issue if I have to do that after each session, but every time I try to update hand history, it fails. Have emailed iPoker regarding this, see what they say.

Their support have send me the following instructions:

By means of this message, we inform that you will recover your hand history by following the steps below:

      - uninstall the Poker770 software

      - delete the cookie files from your computer (go to the ‘Tools’ section – ‘Internet Options’ – ‘General’ – ‘Temporary Files’, click ‘Delete Cookies’ and finally press ‘OK’)

      - restart your computer

      - reinstall the Poker770 software.
      - go to ‘My account’-‘Tournament History’ section from your lobby, select the tournament (or cash table, when the case) and click on the ‘Update local information’ tab from the upper side of your screen.

However it did not solve the problem, update still fails every time... Emailed them back and waiting...

No, after few weeks emailing forth and back, they didn't solve it.

The only solution was to withdraw my money and move to the other site :)
