      CO: $11.17 (558.5 bb)
      BTN: $4.15 (207.5 bb)
      SB: $0.78 (39 bb)
      BB: $3.05 (152.5 bb)
      Hero (UTG): $2.16 (108 bb)
      MP: $1.28 (64 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A A
Hero raises to $0.08, MP folds, CO calls $0.08, BTN calls $0.08, SB folds, BB calls $0.06

      Flop: ($0.33) T 5 4 (4 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.30, 2 folds, BB raises to $0.90, Hero raises to $2.08 and is all-in, BB calls $1.18

I bet potsize here for protection and value. I expect flush draws to call and sets to raise/call. I have a BD flush and a straight.

      Turn: ($4.49) 5 (2 players, 1 is all-in)
      River: ($4.49) A (2 players, 1 is all-in)

How should I have played this?

      $4.49 pot ($0.16 rake)
      Final Board: T 5 4 5 A
CO mucked and lost (-$0.08 net)
BTN mucked and lost (-$0.08 net)
BB showed T T and lost (-$2.16 net)
      Hero showed A A and won $4.33 ($2.17 net)

You don't play MSS right? Since you have 100bb here and according to MSS you should have 40.

      Now to the hand:

      Preflop raising is fine.

I like your bet on the flop and when he raises I prefer folding. We bet strong into three players and he decides to raise, plus we have the Ad which means that it's less likely for him to raise a draw here, so without any specific information I prefer folding.
