BB is Lose Pasive over 100 hands, On the Flop I decided not to play agresively because we were both over 150BBs deep, on the Turn I had a tough decision but I thought with maybe 17 outs I could call and also I was running out of timebank so I had to make a quick decsion.

      Hello,

      Preflop raising is fine.

I think we can still raise the flop here. He might fold better hands (such as 9x/PP).

On the turn calling is fine. We have position plus a lot of outs to improve.

As played, i'd bet around $3 on the river.
If he check/raised the river what would you do?

      Best,
      Plamen
