      CO ($22.71) 114bb
      BTN ($20) 100bb
      SB ($97.12) 486bb
      cincinkid (BB) ($49.39) 247bb

      Pre-Flop: ($0.30, 6 players) cincinkid is BB A 9
4 folds, SB calls $0.10, cincinkid raises to $1, SB calls $0.80

      Flop: Q 9 9 ($2, 2 players)
SB checks, cincinkid bets $1.40, SB raises to $2.80, cincinkid calls $1.40

A c/r from such a player almost always means a strong hand.
No reason to scare hands like Qx away so i just called.

      Turn: 6 ($7.60, 2 players)
SB checks, cincinkid bets $5.80, SB calls $5.80

      River: K ($19.20, 2 players)
SB bets $9.60, cincinkid calls $9.60

He donks and i don't know if i can still raise him after his c/r + donk.
Especially since we are very deep and if i raise and he ships it would cost me a lot against K9,Q9.

So should i just raise a bit because he has more weaker 9x in his range?

      Hi Chocular,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: How big of a pot do you want to play vs him with your trips (we are almost 250 BB deep)?

That's the first question we should answer.

You said that you don't want to scare Qx with a 3-bet but if the fish (huge fish as he is) reraised Qx do you think he'd ever fold it to a regular size 3-bet?

And against Qx we want to maximize profit and have him put a lot of money in there.

On the river we can still raise/fold as I would assume his shoving range would be skewed towards fullhouses. If you don't plan on raise/folding then just shove over his donk.

His donk looks like a weaker made hand that's block betting, something like Qx or small 9x (or the nuts).
