      Preflop: Has he 3-bet like this before (I know you said he bluffed river before)?

      Postflop: What range do you expect villain to bluff with (and what range do you expect him to valuebet)?

      We can bluffcatch like this when we can expect villain to have a really wide preflop min 3-bet range.
