Hello, I have often trouble with this kind of situations. I 3bet 12 BB preflop because of stack size. Vilain is a fish 40/26 33% CO steal. AF 3,6 and 50% C/R cbet on 4 sample. Overall hand sample is 177 hand.

      questions :
should I bet even larger preflop ?
      wich sizing is bestpostflop ?
can I fold vs a raise Cbet here ? The larger I bet, the less they will bluff isn't ?

What's his preflop calling range? How does that interact with the board?

Can you value bet? For how many streets and on what runouts?

To me this board makes my hand kind of mediocre and I wouldn't cbet often in a 3bet pot this deep. I would have quite a polarized cbetting range...

As played, it's just a bet/snap fold imo, he hits this board too well, most you can hope for is a combo draw from him.

      hmm very interesting.

      if you don't CBet what's your plan vs double barrel ? X/Call X/fold ?

he did cold call a 3bet with K5s once, and also with 99. But ok. I learnt something. AK is weak on AQ9 or AJT, or AJ8 and so on in 3bet pot.

It depends a lot on what I know of him. AK without a redraw is probably weak enough to bet to get some thin value and really to just avoid him playing well against you.

If you have redraw then you can check and call twice at least on many runouts so you reach river.
