      SB: $52.76 (105.5 bb)
      BB: $54.95 (109.9 bb)
      UTG: $25 (50 bb)
      Hero (MP): $50 (100 bb)
      CO: $38.45 (76.9 bb)
      BTN: $19.67 (39.3 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K:club: K:spade:

      Flop: ($3.75) 9:diamond: 2:diamond: Q:heart: (2 players)
Hero bets $2.50, CO raises to $6

Having such a small raising range necessarily means that its only nutted hands?

      Hey,

Yep, super passive player that also folds to cbets raises here with 3% Raise vs Cbet, it's clearly a fold. Very very nutted raising range. He probably raises sets on wet boards only, slowplays on dry ones.
