      Hi,

      I suggest 4bet bluffing with blocker hands when you do so, not with small pairs..

      His 3bet is also quite small.. <5% is quite a strong range, folding is definitely not weak.. You are overestimating his aggression... most aggressive players have about 8% 3bet or more. Under that is pretty 'standard' nowadays.
