      Hero (BB): $67.41 (134.8 bb)
      UTG+1: $43.08 (86.2 bb)
      UTG+2: $41.17 (82.3 bb)
      MP1: $12.73 (25.5 bb)
      MP2: $86.67 (173.3 bb)
      MP3: $37 (74 bb)
      CO: $60.19 (120.4 bb)
      BTN: $57.83 (115.7 bb)
      SB: $49.50 (99 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8 8
5 folds, CO raises to $1.50, 2 folds, Hero calls $1

      Flop: ($3.25) Q 7 Q (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $2, Hero calls $2

      Turn: ($7.25) 4 (2 players)
      Hero checks, CO checks

      River: ($7.25) 7 (2 players)
Hero bets $3.43, CO raises to $10, Hero folds

      Results:
      $14.11 pot ($0.77 rake)
      Final Board: Q 7 Q 4 7
Hero mucked 8 8 and lost (-$6.93 net)
CO mucked and won $13.34 ($6.41 net)

      VPIP: 18, PFR: 7, 3B: 1, AF: 2,3, Hands: 12772

With his check behind on turn I didn't think he could have a Q, and it's unlikely for him to have a 7.

However my bet on river, thinking about it now, is kind of pointless, isn't it?
Any PP under mine folds easily.
Any 7 calls and beats me, any Q raises me.
I might have a chance to make higher PPs fold, but not much.
I beat anything else, but that anything else wouldn't call my bet.

      Hi,

you sort of answered this one yourself imo. I doubt you make him fold better with that sizing btw. :)

What do you think about his range when you check though? What can he bet and what should be your action vs a bet?

You know, you make good questions.
      hahaha
      No seriously, I don't know.

I mean after my XC X X, he could definitely bluff me, or betting for thin value with higher PPs, or for big value with Q/7, but tbh given his play I don't see him having the last 2 so much, I would be inclined to call (it's also not the first time he bets with air on river, it's the only pretty good read I have on him).

      heh, thanks!

I usually ask because it's stuff you can find out and adjust to better than me. I have limited info here but I can guide you through what I'm thinking and you dig the info.

7x is likely imo if he bets river but apart from that they usually don't bet anything else for value that they didn't bet the turn from my experience so if you've seen him bluff a bit or just be able to show aggression you can probably check/call river and adjust if you find new information when seeing his hand.
