      Hero (BTN): $77.03 (154.1 bb)
      SB: $15.30 (30.6 bb)
      BB: $41.06 (82.1 bb)
      MP: $52.93 (105.9 bb)
      CO: $19.94 (39.9 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with T 9
2 folds, Hero raises to $1.50, SB folds, BB calls $1

      Flop: ($3.25) 7 Q 8 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $2.31, BB calls $2.31

      Turn: ($7.87) T (2 players)
      BB checks, Hero checks

      River: ($7.87) 2 (2 players)
      BB checks, Hero checks

      Results:
      $7.87 pot ($0.43 rake)
      Final Board: 7 Q 8 T 2
Hero mucked T 9 and lost (-$3.81 net)
      BB showed J J and won $7.44 ($3.63 net)

      VPIP: 28, PFR: 12, 3B: 4, AF: 0,9, Hands: 238

The reason I check behind on turn is that I don't really believe he could fold a Q, nor any draw, and my outs aren't very clean.
On the river I'm tempted to value bet, but again, with that AF and this texture, I felt like no better would fold and no worse would call.

a good figure to look at here is his WTS. how high is it? if its somewhere more than 30+ you could go for a thin value bet because 30+ means there are a number of hands worse than 2nd pair hes calling there.

otherwise i think a check is fine there.
