[NL2-NL10] NL2 zoom. How should I have played this draw?

I got a bit lost in this hand. I wasn't drawing to the nut flush so got intimidated and played it passively. Should I have raised the flop? I guess I have 9+3 outs and the pick up extra outs when I make a pair on the turn. No reads on villain - NL2 zoom table.

Can I ask as well, in your opinion, is it worth having a HUD for zoom, especially NL2 zoom? I don't really get a huge amount of time to play at the moment so building up stats is v. difficult.

I would just fold here preflop. 87s doesn't play really good against the tight UTG range and also he makes it 4.5bb which is suspicious.

I think that we raise/go broke on the flop here with FD and gutshot.

As played on the flop calling the turn is good.

River doesn't really help us and we can't call a third barrel so folding is fine.

To your question - I think it is useful to have a HUD even at NL2 as long as you are able to understand it and don't overtrust the statistics.
I do understand your issues that it will be hard to make a good sample for most of the opponents, but you can just use the most basic statistics which doesn't really require a lot of hands - such as VPIP/PFR/3b/fold3b/AFq/CB/FCB.
