      Because he is donking often, I call this turn, is it ok? And even if he has Tx, I think he would check raise, because this way he just scares off opponent.

      Since you know he is a fish why not 3bet bigger pre flop?

      Flop is draw heavy and hits his range pretty well so I think a bigger bet for value is good like 18bb

      Turn you have a read so it's a call.

      River not much value left nothing worse is gonna call so a check is good
