      his stats in 95 hands vpip23 pfr18 af3,3 wtsd9 w$sd100 raise flop CB50 flop AF55 turn 43 river AF25
his raise flop CB was high,so it can be flush draw or OESD,so I called and reevaluate on the turn, but I gave up on the river when an A comes.

I feel my play was bad.?

Just 95 hands means he probably raised flop once out of 2 times. Don't read much into that.

I think flop might be just a bet/fold.. I know, it seems weak but he has low WTSD and HIGH W$SD, meaning when he had it often while playing these hands.

If you call flop though, I think you played it perfectly. Turn is a blank, river completed everything. It's only the flop call which I have my doubts and again I go to my reasoning that his raise is big enough to commit stacks easily making it more likely to be value imo.
