      Usually I would fold because calling ranges against utg raises are very tight and they only put in raises with 2p sets or better.

      However this particular case appears to be different. You have a super wide caller on utg1 and he's very aggressive on the flop. I expect him to raise many hands like top pair maybe 2nd pair and straight and flush draws or even complete bluffs. The co is short stack and a fish so he can call wide and the board does offer Co straight and flush draws as well and he is also wide.

      That said, bet /call the flop
