      Flop Im bet bcause I think that the wale could pay whit a lot trash, and the semi reg don have a enogth Kx.
      Turn im think that im ahead from draws, and only loose against KJs or KQs and decided to push.

      How do u play the hand whit 40bb? c/f turn?

      Preflop raising is fine.
      From how much effective BB stack you start raising smaller that 3bb?

      I think flop bet is questionable here.
      Yes, the fish might call a bit wide although even fish could fold 9x here three-way, but there is another player that we have to worry about as well and we don't really want to get the money in with our hand here.
      So I would probably take a safer route and just check/fold rather that bet very thin for value here.

      As played, it's questionable whether or not worse hands are calling us here. He looks like a decent player so I don't really expect him to call you with draws in this spot and I think if he had Acx he'd shoved on the flop.
      I think that once he calls the flop we are either against a very strong hand - such as made flush or so, or against a mediocre made hand that is not going to call on the turn, neither bet if we check.
      So I think I'd check/fold here as well.
