I dont have big sample on Villain he looks tagish ,
I was card dead hole that session and i was playing 13/11 with 0%3 bet at this table ( my normal stats are 21/18 with 3 bet around 8%) so i decided to try to force things up little bit and was hoping for fold .
After he flated i couldnt decide is it better to b/f and ch turn and riv if I dont improve my hand or mybe ch and let him bluff turn with some AQ, or Ajs . I went for second approach but he bet the river and i think his very polarized in such spot i give him range somthing like 99-JJ, and Ajs , AQo + so what do you think utg-a calling 3 bet oop range looks like and can i call this river ?

What's villain's UTG range? Forcing stuff usually doesn't work. Over how many hands did you play those stats?

After he calls it sucks for you. You cannot represent any hand there with your stats apart from QQ+ while at the same time facing a strong range from UTG. I would usually cbet here as a thin bluff since your hand is just too weak and will almost never be able to show down.
