      Hero (BTN): $43.95 (175.8 bb)
      SB: $25 (100 bb)
      BB: $12.50 (50 bb)
      UTG: $26.16 (104.6 bb) unknown
      MP: $40.30 (161.2 bb)
      CO: $42.61 (170.4 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with K K
UTG raises to $0.70, 2 folds, Hero raises to $2, SB calls $1.90, BB folds, UTG raises to $10, Hero ??? :f_mad:

Is he ever bluffing after this action and with this sizing? I guess I just have to make a judgement call as to whether he plays AK this way.

If I continue, is it better to flat the 4bet and get all-in on any flop, rather than pushing preflop (which risks folding out AK and isolates me against AA)?

We can't ever fold here after the sb puts in what's essentially dead money so his range for jamming should be wider than just AA.

As far as deciding whether to 3bet or not preflop you should consider a few things, how will he react to a 3bet? How often does he fold to 3bet/4bet etc. Then you should look and see who's left to act, is there a fish? is there someone who sqzs a lot.

Anyway for me this is always a 3bet/stack off for value.
