      Hi,

Looks standard to me. If I think he barrels a lot then I call, if I think there is more value to raise the flop then I raise the flop.

Yeah he does barrel a lot indeed (I was a bit surprised at his check indeed!).
If he bets on turn, do I raise there?
      Better to wait river right?
I say that because usually XC flop XR turn reps HUGE strength, and they almost always fold to it.

Honestly it's not an easy answer. It depends a lot on the reg and the dynamics we have.

Like vs certain regs we can raise flop and expect them to 3bet bluff, get it in with overpairs and just never fold because we are repping only sets for value.

But if we always raise with sets here vs someone observant and good then they will realize our calling range here is super weak and barrel us to death/own us etc.

Basically just make the best assumption about the reg and do what you think is going to gain most value. If you think he is likely to put you on a bluff then raise turn if you think there is more value in calling and then jamming certain rivers then do that, just think about what your range looks like and what his range looks like.
