Is my preflop with weak but playable hand ok versus fish?

On flop I call with equity, and I dont believed he bluffs because of 19% raise cbet.
Is turn ok? If it was bluff as it looks because of check, he should surrender to any bet so I bet small because it looks like I am provocing him again and having nuts. I would play so also with nuts.

Interesting line and sizing.. Flop is close imo but you have some equity indeed plus position and I think he can be bluffing sometimes.

On the turn, I think your hand requires a bet. You can make him fold a better 6x, 77, 88, 99, many overcards to your 6 in his range which is also very good for you. I think villain will give up here quite often and your only concern is to not go too small to tempt him into a light call. Overall you are bluffing and want him to fold although you sometimes have the best hand and/or decent equity.
