      Hi Dracsharp,

Preflop: Considering SB is short calling is marginal at best especially since BB is not a huge fish.

Postflop: As played what range do you put BB on for cold calling that 3-bet preflop and then ck/calling, ck/shoving turn?

      Qdxd ? 9dxd ? Other Combo draw ? Slowplay big pair ?

I have to be good 20% of the time.

That's a pretty big range then. I know he showed up with J8s but can we put that in his range before hand?

I think your turn bet is thin at best or are we turning our hand into a bluff vs TT/JJ?

      BB loves calling pre.

Wouldn't you prefer a bet there than to bluffcatch river ?

We might even fold the river if he bets. What hands cold call 3-bet preflop and ck/call there that we can still get value from on the turn or can bluff the river enough for us to bluffcatch.

Villain is not that loose and he hasn't even limped yet so most likely not a huge fish (at the time) so I would assign him a strong range there against which we aren't doing that great past the flop. Sure there are some draws like AQdd which got there on turn. He also doesn't seem exceptionally aggro so I would look at checking turn and checking it down. If he bets I'm done.

If this wasn't a 3-bet pot where he cold called I agree with you and I'd prefer a turn bet as well.
