Villain is a pretty wild player, don't know that much about him and this was one of the first hands against him in a while.

      His stats over 300 hands is vpip 38 pfr 29 3b 14,7
      fold to c-bet 65 67 -
      raise c-bet 0/17 0/8

I can't see much hands that i beat on river. only TT or a pretty overplayed 2pair
And i can't really see him make a sic bluff here

I'd call, the backdoor flush doens't make much sense, and if he had the straight he would've protect against the flushdraw.. And with 3bet 14,7 he would've 3bet AA..

Unless he can make a ridiculous bluff like that then I'm sigh folding, Ax/Tx both hearts can easily call your flop cbet and then stick around for the river too, and shove when his flush gets there. As you say, the only hands you beat are never going to raise you on such a scary river card, unless he's capable of making a huge bluff like this.

I am just curious: which hand do you think villain is holding here? KJ it doesn't make much sense, AA or TT as well, the only hand that could win against you here is Jh9h or something like Ah8h... Folding is for sure the best option here but still, sick hand... Well played in my opinion !

Honestly, this hand gave me a lot to think about :) .. My conclusion is simple: very nice fold ! Wisely calculated ( live to fight another day ).. If it was a bluff it means Tom Dwan opened a new account and started playing NL100 :) .. Ax of hearts is my final vote ! :) Good luck !
