      should i call turn here? he pretty much reps 22/44/ maybe A2/A4 but on the other hand he can have a ton of hand i dominate like JThh/QThh/QJhh

      You need about 33% equity to make the call.

      Against the range you estimated of 44,22,A4s,A2s, QhJh, JhTh You have 35% equity. It's basically a break even call.

      If he has no combo draws, you have 24.5% equity and the call is losing.

      Not to be results orientated, but if we add every heart combo draw with a 5h in also, you have 56% equity.

      Given he showed up with 9h5h the call is going to be correct against his entire range. If your villain is not jamming any draws you do not have required equity to call.
