Flop:Being OOP and MWP I decided to take the initiative. Plan was to bet/3b. I think villains would be weak enough to just get it in here with TP or is this too optimistic? If not I assume we would have to bet/fold vs multiple opp's in a limped pot on a wet board such as this?

Turn: Plan was just bet/fold for value and protection on this turn. I still think villain can call with weaker pairs and draws but it puts some made flushes and better 2pr combos out there now so I think bet/3b would be out of the question now.

River: I didn't want to x/c any large bets or x/f since I still think villain would be capable of calling worse pairs on the river but would never raise me with worse here.

      B/f 80% pot flop/turn
      B/f 50% pot river

Not much else do against unknown fish.

Bet/broke flop is marginal, but his Af% should indicate if he is a fit or fold or maniac even by now.

I usually just pot all streets in limped pots. But when the turn gets ugly I agree you should bet smaller. I'll go 2/3 pot Turn and River. And yes, bet/fold instead of bet/call.
