      3bet size indicates 2 things.

      1)This guy is not a regular. If he is, he is on tilt.
      2) He probably wants to get all-in.

      4betting preflop is fine.

      Flop: I'm never folding here. It's unlikely he has a T, and if he did he might even check to preflop aggressor.

      Obviously i am going broke, but my question is what could be more +ev shove on him or 4bet him to an odd 40bb size.

      4bet seems ok doubt he would c/f many flops if he is that aggro rather check to him and let him push rest of his stack in, but its possible he finds the fold on other boards with 3 overs and shove protects his hand.

      I do not think there will be a large difference in EV.

      I would probably re-raise small to make sure he doesn't hero fold. Or maybe if he misclicked he feels priced in.

      If you just jam the money in I expect to get a call most of the time though. And you don't run the risk of him folding flop.

      Not a lot in it, imo.
