Villain is 25/4, 2.7AF in 81h, no reads, looks like a weaker player

OTT when he raises I am almost certain he has a flush, I only call because I am not very comfortable with my Ten high flush.
OTR, I plan to c/c since I think he will still bet his lower flushes, and if I bet I know I can't pay his raise.
is it better to bet(~5$)/fold? The question here is if he can play this way with a lower flush I guess..

      what would you do?

flop: potting it. board is dry, only 3 players in the hand. I think they fold a lot with their weakish hands.

I think you played the rest of the hand fine. I think you have enough to call down but you don't have too much value in a shove with the T high flush. All the high cards like Ad Qd Jd are still out there so he can have a ton of Ad2d Qd2d Jd2d type of hands and those higher flushes outweigh the number of lower flushes he could have.

I don't see any point in betting the River yourself. Nice hand as played.
