      Should I be afraid of TT? He 3bets KK, but I am not sure TT if he squizes. But anyway he would probably bet flop or turn, there is not point in check min raise turn here.

      definitely shoving River. I think he reps a flush more than he reps TT. He probably leads the Turn with TT like you mentioned as opposed to checkraising it. That is more of a polarizing play.
